does that couch fold down - model 2106 ??

seems like this couch should be able to fold down
the back moves prox 2" back and forth but will not lay down
I have looked and felt around and can find no handle so as to un-engage
2009 model 2106 -- 21'
can someone give me some ideas where to look
thank you

perhaps you have the type of sleeper sofa that pulls open from the front. try lifting the front below the cushions and pull toward. .i don't think you have the space in a 2106 for the flipdown type of sofa bed.

just tried that
seems pretty solid down there
no place to even slip fingers into it seems anyway
the way in which the back of couch moves a little forward and backst makes me think
that it folds down into a bed -- some kind of a way
looks like there is enough room behind couch
that the back could drop down ??

if I knew how ?
lever or something to look for ?

looking down from the top towards back
couch is made of a metal type frame

wishing all a good RV day

On my 2011 Flagstaff, Works best if lifting up on the front cushion and pulling forward on the back at the same time. Difficult getting fingers under front of cushion.

thanks guys
I thought that I had tried everything
but I will try some more
of what you two recommended
got the feeling for some reason
that it does not fold down
many of the Models that I see
that claim to be the same Model
do not have their entry door
to the front as mine does
there's are towards the rear
have a good day

I think I read somewhere in the specs that the 2106 slept 5. Although even if it slept 6 assuming the dinette folded into a bed (2 pers), the bottom bunk is rated as a sleep 2 and the top a sleep 1 the couch would be an extra to make it a sleep 6 so that being said it probably does not fold out and it appears it would impede traffic in and out of that door if it was folded out (safety concern)
