Dometic fridge question

Anybody with the Dometic fridge with the automatic temp control answer this question. I noticed when cleaning the fridge there is a sticker on the right side near the top where the fins are that reads warmer and colder with a slider line. Does this mean if I move the peace clipped to the fins up or down I could make the temp colder or warmer?

That is correct.

Sometimes the best answers are to the questions that you never ask. We had the same issue with figuring out how to make the fridge colder and when we were looking at it yesterday while it is in storage I noticed that same little slide mechanism. I slid it to colder so when we fire it up next time we'll see if the icebox actually cools better. It never cooled bad it's just that it didn't get as cold as the one in our old Jayco trailer did.

Lots of things effect "coldness" and the thermistor is a good place to start.

Just don't remove it from the fin. It is a fixed temp and the box temp is determined by the air temperature at the level of the thermistor.
