Lightbulb driveway issues

Just had my driveway paved, anyone have any ideas on protecting it from my 8288ws Rockwood FW? Thinking of buying some 2X8 lumber for the wheels??? Anything out there that would distribute the weight better? Thanks, Mike.

If it's more than 4" thick you won't have a problem with breakage. not sure why your concerned .
Most drive ways are poured at 6"

I would use the composite planks for decks if I was worried. They don't rot, stain, etc.

Paved nor poured. I'd be shocked to see asphalt 4 or 6 inches thick...

Mike, 1/2" to 1" x 12" aluminum plate would be a good, long term pad.

Mike,
I use 2x12 pressure treated. Remember they are only 11.5 inches wide and you don't have to be exact when backing onto them.

Around here, out in the Wild West - paved, pavement, asphalt, blacktop - all the same thing.
Poured is concrete

I'm using 3x12 treated bridge timbers. Works great!
