Eaz WDH

To start I'm looking for some suggestions. I have a eaz wdh 1400 lbs bars for my 8327ss which has 1050 hitch weight dry. I noticed that when I hook up one side is very easy or loose and the other is extremely tight. I thought it might be the conditions but the other day I noticed how much lower and shorter one bar is vs the other. They are the same part number bar is this normal or do I simply have a bad bar. I have less then 200miles towing with these bars. The bars seem about 3.75" between them. Click image for larger version
