Finally made a choice!!

Well, a month ago I sold my Rockwood Mini Lite and put a deposit on an XLR HyperLite 30HDS. After it arrived and I looked it over I found a bulge in the side near the front. I declined to take that one and transferred my deposit to another unit that was supposedly on order. After two weeks I checked for an update of when the TH would arrive. I was told 5 more weeks as it didn't get ordered until I transferred the deposit.

Being a little upset I began thinking of different options since we have our first trip planned on May 9th. My wife and I scrapped the toy hauler idea and began looking at Rockwood Signature and Ultra Lites. I narrowed it down to the 8312SS or the 2905SS. Went back to the dealer today and finally chose the 2905SS. I hope to pick it up next Monday.

well, the mini lite was about 24 feet total length and the hyper lite is about 35 feet long. The main difference though is that the hyper lite is a toy hauler.

Nice rig. I hope you aren't planning on using the Trailblazer to pull it...

No, haha, thats not gonna happen. I have a 2014 Chevy 2500HD and will be using an Equalizer 1200/12000 weight distribution hitch. Should be more than enough.

Congrats on the new rig! I have the Flagstaff Superlite version of your TT. Picked mine up just 1 month before you. My boys and I are so excited! Happy camping!
