First night
All,
We made it to the CG without any issues. The TT is working well. Soooo nice to be in the AC. I like this kind of camping. Plus, it's raining and I am cool and dry. Beer too.. thank you to everyone that helped me out with your input and thoughts. Will update you all throughout the weekend. Later,

I'm at the KOA in Pine Grove PA, nice place, it looks to be a fairly new place, everything looks like it's only been here a few seasons.
Did you get the tremendous winds yesterday as well? I could barely get the door open to get out and secure everything. I had to close the awning and the wind was fighting me the whole way. As for the rain it lasted about 40 minutes of real hard downpours and then about another 2 hours of on and off showers.
Sorry bout that, should have warned you, when we go camping it rains. That's why the tag reads RAYNMKR. The "I" version was already take. I had someone ask me if I was a weatherman. I replied no but little did he know that I do have control over it.

Iggy,
We stayed at the Gettysburg KOA. It was nice. Better then I expected. The sites are a little tight. But, there is enough nature between you and your neighbor that it breaks it up. We did not have any problem backing into the site. The hook ups were easily reachable from the Camper. Water pressure was good. Cable was $2.00 extra per day, but worth it for the first timer, even had digital channls and WiFi. It was rough camping.
The store was well stocked. They even offer room service....well they don't call it that, but you can order dinner and they will delivery to your site. Saturday Night they had a band by the pool, which was not half bad. We were far enough way that it wasn't an issue, but there were a few sites right next to the area where the band played that would not be very good if you are looking for peace and quite. But, they were more for smaller trailers and tent camping. The bigger sites are up the hill away from the band.
It was close by and had good reviews on the web, so we took a chance and liked it. We are going back in Spetember for the Wine Fest in Gettysburg.
Cheers,

Raynmkr,
How is that KOA up there? We did not get the winds on Friday, but got a good down pour. Hard enough to test the seals on the doors. Passed. Cheers,
