I did find the product I.D. Carefree product #-care-00512001 white bracket about $46.00 hope this helps Blaze67
Will have to look into that . Thanks

The coat rack is a simple piece of wood 3/4X2X22 with 4 pegs sticking out - has a drilled hole in each end for a screw. I actually used the plastic inserts that came with the TP holder for the trailer. Same things are used to hang stuff on sheet rock (not sure of the proper name). I wouldn't hang a lot of weight on it, but so far it supports 2-3 jackets and the leash for the dog.

Just wondering about the hitch for your 2604. We have purchased a hitch that is for up to 750# tongue weight. Our dealer will order 1000# bars if we need them? What hitch are you using?

The dealer "gave" me an Equal-I-Zer 4-way hitch and bar setup that's supposed to distribute weight and control sway. I don't have any trouble with sway so it might be working. Because you asked the question I went and looked at my bars and they are 1,200 pound bars! Probably way too heavy for the 2604 WS, but they were "free" and they work. I tow with a 2014 Ram 1500 that has a very low payload (only 1,200 lbs), so the heavy bars are probably a good match for my rig. This summer I plan to run it across some CAT scales so I will know my weights.

Thanks. We are towing with a Ram 1500 5.7 hemi. Just from the dealer home seemed fine but want to be safe. I think my husband will try towing to the scales. Let us know if you do & the weight you get. I'll share our info if we weigh it.

Today I took our Rockwood 2604 WS and Ram 1500 Ecodiesel across the CAT scales with the following results:

Truck and Trailer weight (no bars) =12,480; Front axle = 3340; Rear axle = 3820; Trailer axles = 5320

Truck and Trailer weight (w/bars) = 12,420; Front axle = 3460; Rear axle = 3580; Trailer axles = 5380

Truck weight alone = 6360 Front axle = 3680 Rear axle = 2680 (estimate weight of me, DW and dog at 400 pounds)

Conclusions:
Trailer weight = 6120; Pin weight = 800; truck weight 5960 empty (est)

With No spring bars , Front axle is 340 lighter than truck alone, Rear axle is 1140 higher than truck alone. (both axles within rated 3900 pounds)

With spring bars, Front axle is 220 lighter than truck alone but 120 pounds heavier than without bars; Rear axle is 900 pounds higher than truck alone but 240 pounds lighter than with no bars. Trailer is 60 pounds higher with bars than without.

Payload from truck door sticker is 1200 pounds GVWR is 6950. With spring bars I'm carrying 680 pounds (900-220) plus the weight of me, DW and the dog (400) so I'm 80 pounds over the payload and 90 pounds over the GVWR.

Trailer tires are LR C rated at 1760 pounds so they're 1600 pounds below max capacity.

Watching and making notes on this thread. Our 2015 2608WS is being built now. Thank you to all for the info. Big Paul and I have almost identical equipment, so let me know about anything useful. Thank You again.
