First warranty issue

Update... I called into FR and explained the issues with both the radio and the bent stabilizer jack. He authorized them to be replaced no question. I pulled them and took them to the dealer and then I picked it up from the dealer and installed them. Very simple swap.

I also got the FR extended warranty. FR customer service was great and had no issues! Thought I would let everyone know that I had a great experience.

Good News. The radios are not really that good, barely passable. I have seen auto radios in many other units most likely for the same reason.

yeah i already added a soundbar from Polk audio and it sounds so much better. I also bluetooth my phone and listen to Pandora most of the time.
