Flush valve leaking?

Need a little help,please.
Rockwood Ultralite 2604.Year 2011.
Once in a great while the floor is wet in front of the commode, and no it is not an accident.
It seems to occur when the flush pedal has been depressed for more than just 5 or 6 sec.
Seems like the water comes from behind the commode.
Do I have to take the commode up and replace the valve or what?
Anyone had the same problem?

I have a 2010 with similar problem. Vacuum breaker was defective & was a known problem. Check with your dealer & he may be a nice guy & do it for you. Otherwise find a contortionist to wiggle behind your toilet to replace it or if you're not afraid of it, take the commode up as you suggest.
