Flushing out 8289ws tanks

We have a 2015 signature ultra lite 8289ws. On the drives side of the trailer it has 3 connections. One for city water, one for winterizing and the other says for flushing holding tanks.

Can anyone tell me how to work the flushing holding tanks connection? Our dealer just says it's in the paperwork. But we cannot find anything about it.

We would be very grateful for any help.

It is for the black tank only. Connect a hose, OPEN THE DRAIN VALVE , then let lots of water run. It will help keep the black water tank clean.

We where wondering if you have the same owners manual as we do? If so, why does it show the water filter in the picture?

Generic manual, one book fit most, just not very well...

I believe there is a water filter. I had one in my 2013 8289. It was behind a panel in the storage area.

Open the driver side storage door. It is behind the panel to your right. 6 screws to remove.

Sorry the picture I was talking about is in the book under flushing the tanks. It shows the water filter and the levers for the holding tanks. Our water filter is in the trailer under a cabinet.

Thanks everyone for your help. We appreciate it.
