Anyone know the contact for Forest River? I just want to ask them why the Coleman air conditioner they installed in my Rockwood 8288ws is not able to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level? Sticking a bag of ice in front of a fan works better!!! Any suggestions out there?

I have a 13,500 BTU Coleman Mach III in my 27 foot TT and it's never had an issue with cooling down my trailer even on 100 degree/high humidity days.

I set my thermostat to 75 and it keeps it nice and chilly.

What does your dealer tell you? If you are not getting cold air then something is definitely wrong. Mine is a a bit noisy but I can only set it just past the half way mark or it will freeze us out at night.
