That is exactly the reason that I build up blocks under my stabilizers (I actually carry a couple of junk end cut's off some 6"x6" posts for each corner stabilizer jack for this purpose). By not having to extend the stabilizers too far, noticeably greater stability (much less shake) is achieved, IMO.
I uses 6 x 6 blocks under my jacks as well, not for extra stability, but because it takes so long for the electric motor to extend the jacks.
Sorry for the thread hijack. I saw similar campers to those here in Lunenburg, NS just a couple of weeks ago. They were sporting European tags. One of the 2 I saw was quite a bit bigger than those. I can't imagine getting good gas mileage, nor a comfortable ride on the highway, not to mention cramped living quarters when camping. Yea,, cancel my order for one.
