Does anyone have a contact (e-mail or phone) for FR Rep for Rockwood 5th wheels? Having MAJOR issues with taking delivery on a 2014 and no longer trust what the dealer is telling me.

Ordered April 9th, 2013; delivered July 11th with wrong/changed countertop on the kitchen island (Solid wood surface instead of Corian; as well as a few other missing/damaged items that are being taken care of by the dealer). They agreed to sending a Corian countertop for this unit if I agreed to not re-order. It's been a month and no countertop.
I've been given the "It gets here when it gets here" answer.
