Great topic. I am going to have a look at doing this the next time the trailer is in the driveway.

My wife and I did the mid by removing one screw, sliding window over and removing the plastic piece. 10 minutes to do all of the Windows

Had my rollers pop out of the track last year on a window, mine has a window above so I could not slide it over. Found a video on you tube, drill out the rivet with a 3/16" bit and replace the rivets with a 10-24 1/2" long SS bolt with a nylon locking nut. Did all the windows before the season so it is an easy fix if it happens again.

Do you have a link to the YouTube video showing how to get the window to go out further.. ? I don't see a plastic spacer on my Rockwood Mini Lite 2506S model year 2017..

I like how users here said they watched a YT vid, but couldn't be bothered to post a link.

Why even bother posting that you watched the vid in the first place??? :S

I did find this

Our 2703 has a plastic spacer between the arms on the bottom of the window. Remove the screw at the top of the window slide it over to release one arm and there should be a plastic spacer that fits between the rollers. cut it to fit.
ours is a 2013 maybe they changed it after our windows or put in.
