Fresh Water Capacity

I recently bought a Rockwood 8289WS (31'-11") and fresh water capacity is (according to catalog) 43 gal.
First time camping primitive over the weekend and we ran out of water. Two nights only. Two showers only. I know, I'm going to hear if I took a long shower, If I did the dishes for two long, etc, etc.
My questions is, It could be possible I have a smaller tank? A water leak?
Any thing up there?????
Thanks

Your tank should be 43 gal! I don't know how you filled your unit,BUT if you used your F/W Pump from the F/W tank to Charge your system this is what you used "Before you had Any Water flow"! 6-10 gal for W/H,1/2 gal for Filter,Toilet1/2 gal, sinks 1 gal,O/S shower 1qt,All Lines 1 gal! You just Use "MORE WATER' than you guess! Youroo!!

When showering, are you navy showering? If you let the water run steady during your shower that will use it up quickly.
