Front half of trailer plugs stopped working

Hi All,

New to RVing and this site, love the site and have read some good stuff so far. But here is my current snag. I just bought a used 2004 Rockwood 8318SS TT. I love the trailer but lastnight the plugs in the kitchen area and the front bedroom all just stopped working. All the rear ones work, I flipped all the breakers (none were tripped though) and I tried to reset the one GFIC <sp> plug under the sink. But none of that worked out for me. Any idea I can try?

Thanks all,
Scott

Does the GFI work? Could you trip it and then reset it?
From what I've heard the kitchen GFI controls some of the outlets, and the bathroom GFI controls the others.
If you can't reset it, take it off and see if there's power going to it. ( eliminates the breaker )
It's a starting point!

That might be your problem, you say it's raining, your out side receptacle may be tripped due to the rain

You may have to replace GFI with a quality new one. The supplied units are not the best quality. Easy 10$ fix

The GFI on my new Surveyor would not reset.....the dealer replaced it under warranty and all is well now.
