20 degree rise in an hour is not too bad.
Make sure the return vent or grill is not blocked.
Open any cabinets that may have flex hose from the furnace running thru them
and check that there are no smashed or kinked hose.
If you can access your furnace you can check to see the hoses (probably 2-
one on each side) are firmly connected and one hasn't fallen off.
It doesn't blow like a hand dryer!
An hour for that much temp gain is ok I think.
