Gouges in the floor

I was cleaning the windjammer today after a couple of trips, and noticed gouges in the floor. The gouges line up where the slides are, and probably caused by the slides. I have 2 slides in the living area looks like both slides are causing some damage. I have an appointment at the dealer to get the 110 side of my fridge fixed, I will call the damage to their attention. I have a 2012 with the extended warranty. Due to the age of the camper, I am guessing it probably will not be covered under warranty. Does this seem to be a common problem??

Do you have extra weight in the slide? Could cause it, or just out of alignment. Can't tell ya about extended warranty.

I removed the carpet from our LR and noticed the first time we moved the slide in after the carpet removal that the slide left a mark on the linoleum so I bought these. https://www.etrailer.com/RV-Living-R.../LC134993.html
