GT 3.0 remote not working

maybe it never did…generally do not watch much tv and have bose for music…but rain is the theme here in FL this year :|


So batteries are good…
is there something I am need to do to initiate/sync the controller?

Not very tech savvy!

One suggestion I have is to turn on the camera of a smartphone then look at your remote's "sending" end using the smartphone's display, then push a few buttons. The phone's camera is sensitive to the infrared light allowing you to "see" the normally invisible light pulses emitting from the remote. Using this technique, you can conclude if remote is operational or not.

think it may have been a connection issue…
it has been sitting idle for over a year…just never use that system…

You'd better get a manual. You have to synch the remote to the unit and it's not intuitive IIRC.
