Have my weights but now confused

Went to our local coop that is nice enough to allow the use of their scales when they are closed. Got a bunch of weights but now have myself totally confused. Was hoping someone smarter then myself would chime in.
2016 Ram 2500 Hemi 6.4 crew cab 3.73 ratio 4x4 Bighorn. Per door sticker my cargo capacity is 3087IBS.
Steer no rv 3920
drive no rv 3220
entire truck 7180

With the 2017 Rockwood 8289WS fifth wheel
Steer 3880
drive with rv on scale 12,820
rv weight 8680 (attached to tv)
combined weight of both 16,680
rv off and tv on scale 7960

Thought this was simple math to get my tongue weight but like I said I'm at a loss. With my math I'm only coming up with 780IBS of additional weight in my bed.

Hello
Missing one weight

Need truck on scale front and back no trailer, loaded for travel

Hitch up weigh truck with trailer not on scale.

Subtract A from B equals pin weight and capacity on truck

Pin Weight plus axle weight from trailer is full loaded weight

I had a 2989 WS my pin weight on that trailer loaded for travel with full water was 1950 lbs. The trailer ran at rated GVWR of 11,500 down the road. It is a heavy trailer and you need a 3/4 ton to tow it. I am glad to see a 2500 there.

Sorry, to many post it notes and scratch paper. I weighed truck before I hooked up the fifth wheel. Total weight of truck was 7180.

RV is missing a few items but mostly loaded for travel. I was thrown off with the pin weight as it seems to be way short of the 15 percent everyone talks about.

You must have written something down wrong. There's no way the drive axle with the trailer is at 12,820 lbs, as that would be a 9,000lb pin weight.

Rv weighed at 8680 backed onto scale
No Rv my TV rear axle weighed 3220

That comes to 11,900 but when I weighed Rv and my TV rear axle that showed 12,820.

Would that mean my pin weight is 920? The difference between the two.

On my next outing I will stop by one of the CAT scales in our area. The coop is only a few blocks away so thought I would give that a try.

I'm thinking maybe that coop scale loses some accuracy when you're sitting far to one end maybe. Doesn't seem like your individual and combined numbers I've noticed similar on a scale at our local quarry. My weight will change by a couple hundred pounds depending on where on the scale I'm parked.

I've used this scale for the triple axle grain trailer and semi tractor with a third axle that I drive for a total weight of 96,000 IBS and it seemed fairly close to the elevators I've hauled to. But, I was also wondering if just using one end of the total scale was throwing things off. At the most I'm coming up with a 920IB pin weight which I think puts me at 11%. I have been reading post here and other places that 15 to 20 % is kind of the target. Our fifth wheel is level in the shed on the concrete. Since we got this truck a few weeks ago, I am able to back under the rig and not raise or lower my front jacks. The pin and fifth wheel hitch are matched perfectly. I am getting a few inches of sag when I put all the weight of the fifth wheel on the truck. That's why I'm confused with my pin weight.

Our Ram has a payload capacity of 3087 and per the Dodge trailer towing chart we are good for a fifth wheel up to 12,630. It's obvious that with the current rv we are way under the max weights even with the few extra items that will go in the rv and truck when we head out. Trailer seems to pull just fine the short distance that I have been able to pull it. Although I don't have the numbers on file that I was hoping for, guess I'll call it good and keep on camping. Thanks a million to everyone for responding.

A 3/4 with 12k in the bed would not have the front wheels on the ground.

The 12,820 number I posted earlier was my rear truck axle plus the rv on the scale, not just my rear axle.
