Heated Mattress on 2306 - Standard or Option

I ordered my 2306 a week ago - was looking thru the brochure and found the Heated Matress shows as a "Standard Option" but when you look at the web site and look at the mini lite standard features it isnt there but shows up under the options tab
I sent a email to the dealer I am purchasing the TT from but was wondering if any one with a 2011 2306 experianced this or not

Well, I can tell you that I have a heated mattress on my 5th wheel and it is no option if you do any cold weather camping! There is NO insulation under the bed and that mattress is THIN. When dry camping we can't run AC at night and it gets COLD in there. We added a memory foam topper and let the dog sleep with us when it gets too cold

as far as i know, the heated mattress is an option and not standard on any of FR's trailers.
could be wrong but it was an option on our Roo.

The web site says it is an option, but I was not aware if I paid extra for it. Like I mentioned; the bedroom is almost unlivable when its cold out without it.

ours came with them also, but only because the dealer ordered them from the factory, when they ordered it for their own inventory. they also ordered it with other options, such as the outside grill and fridge panels.

if we had custom-ordered our Roo, we probably wouldn't have added them. but we are so glad they came with the trailer we bought. we don't get to use them much, since we dry camp most of the time. but, when we do have electric hookups, man are they nice!

it's only an option if you're ordering from the factory. if the trailer already has them, on the lot, then the dealer ordered them.

like i said, maybe the higher priced trailers come with them but i suspect they are included only if it's in the order.

Good question! I just went outside and verified mine is AC. It plugs into one of the AC outlets by the bed.
The heated bed is GREAT. The passthrough storage is under the bed and without the heated bed it can get COLD.

Thanks for the replies guys - The brochure says it is a Standard Option but the web site says it is an option so am still confused on whether I am getting it or not - I know Dane from Tropical RV will email me back and I'll let you guys know what he finds out for me - am thinking he will have to call the factory to verify so we shall see - I did tell hime that if it is an option I want it added to my order which it has been a week since we ordered the Unit so am hoping I am not out on this one

Ok here is the scoop - I am getting the Heated Matress - it is included in the convenience package on the 2306 at this time.

I got an email from the Dealer I am purchasing my unit from and he said it is included by a typo in the brochure and not the website - well from that answer I didnt get a warm and fuzzy feeling cause the typo appears to be the website not the brochure so I decided to call Forest River (The Factory) and got bounced to three diffrent people before I got to the right person (Michael) which answered my question very fast and even called me back after clarifiying what a standard option is considered in the brochure
It was explained that a standard option is standard on the Rockwood but other manufacturer's sell that as an option on there comparable unit.
Glad to see the Factory is very responsive to helping there customers or future customers as well.
