Help-Rockwood sofa problem

We have a 2015 2819VS Rockwood Windjammer.
Mounted in the nose is a sofa that pulls out to make a bed.
The arm on the left side has broken on the inside.
Bought it from Fun Town RV.
Their service dept. has been trying to get it replaced since Sept. 2015.
They haven't had any luck. They told me one came in back in November, but it was black. Ours is tan.
Does anyone know who to contact with Forest River/Rockwood to get help with this/
Thanks

This doesn't really answer your question but are you or a handyman just able to repair it? While it would be nice if warranty repaired it in a timely fashion, you may find it much quicker and less hassle to fix it yourself.

What has broken is pat of the wood frame on the arm.

Did you ever get this resolved and if so what was the end result. We have sofa as well with an arm that seems to bend in the middle. We didn't notice ours until we got it home from dealer and were chilling in trailer.

Fred Yoder is the man to talk to at FR

I have spoken to Mr. Yoder a couple of times regarding our chairs in the 2016 2604WS. I fixed the problem by removing the swivel rocking mechanism and the boards it was attached to, removed the boards and all the staples and screwed and glued it all back together. It irritated me that they had started squeaking and sagging the first weekend we used them so I gave Fred a call. He was very responsive and offered to work with me rather than take it back to the dealer. I finally convinced him I didn't need anything and just wanted to report the problem. He reported back to me a couple days later and told me that the manufacture had been contacted and the issue was being resolved. To most that wouldn't mean much but for him to call me back unrequested to let me know of his progress means a lot to me.

Just my two cents.
