When using shore power, turn on your elect water heater - that'll save LP. It was really cold in Pinetop, AZ., used a bottle in a week. The low was 20 degs above, highs of 40. Too cold for the HP.

What is the HP? Evidently you don't use an electric heater instead of the furnace. When it gets cold, we use the EdenPure and just flip the switch to turn the furnace blower on without the burner engaging. Works great.

Alan, look into installing a heat strip it should just plug in at the return air of the heat pump that will take care of your colder nights. It is the same as a home HP and people run them way below that temp with the strip to heat a whole house.
