How many have stuck with a 5k lbs towing/500lbs hitch weight rigs, towing a geo pro?

So tomorrow is the big pick up day! Ended up getting a 2015 Ford F150 and a Fastway E2 8000/800 hitch. Any suggestions how many spacer washers to use with this configuration is appreciated! Hitch instructions say to start with 6 for long wheelbase like pickups.

Looks similar to my Equalizer hitch.

Due to the vertical slop in the Ford 2" receiver I needed 8 washers (every washer I could stuff in there) to set the head angle right.
