How to remove bedroom drawers

I can't find the usual "clip" to get the drawer off the slide. Any suggestions?

One side lifts up and the other side pushes down.

At the left side of your photo I see a black plastic tang pointing to the left. That is the release tang for that slide and there will be one on the other slide. Pull the drawer out until it stops and using your thumbs push up or down on the tangs and pull the drawer out at the same time. I find it awkward and can never recall which tang goes up and which goes down.
