That's a fine looking baby. When can we expect a family portrait? Enjoy it, they grow up way too fast. Next thing you know it will be hanging around other trailers and picking up bad habits.

We had a similiar floor plan in our last 5er. The only things difference is the bedroom slide and the entry door in the middle instead of the rear.
99% it will be just us 2 but the new hide-a-bed with air mattress will be nice for the kids or grand kids.

Drove over to the dealer and they have my rig being prepared for delivery. They had every light on, TV Stero, ceiling fan, AC on full, flushing water tanks, and installed a new ZX700 sound system. When they say they prep it they mean they prep it.

Have to drop their name..
Beaudry RV in Chandler, Arizona.
This place is huge and has like 20 drive in stalls for maintenance and a seperate building just for washing the motorohomes and trailers. I have has 3 trailers and no dealer has done much other than a quick wash.
All I can say is WOW!

UPDATE - Final Inspection Oh MY !

Well we finalized all the documents today and had a very good walka round the trailer.
We did find a few items and one that made it impossible to take home so we left it for them to work on next week.

1. Electric awning didn't retrack and lock in place completely. The one arm at the front of the trailer.

2. Seems that the plastic wood covering below the kitchen cabinets as well as the bottom of the cabinets above the headboard has major wrinkles in it. They don't know what they can do but we will find out next week.

3. Toshiba 32" TV has chips and srcrates in the plastic screen shield
One right inthe middle of the screen.

4. A few other minor issues that aren't worth mentioning.

And no one mentioned any additional warrenty from Forest River for year two. Guess I will have to call Forest River directly next week and ask.

Still haven't found the water filter location.

Have you seen the ugly brown rear spare tire cover. I think I may have to buy something to cover it up.

Iggy,

The cover is very functional. It's to cover up the evidence of the Chinese bomb.
