We purchased a high flow water pressure regulator and our shower pressure improved a great deal. We've been looking at those oxygenics shower heads but just haven't picked one up yet.

I replaced my old pump with this one:

https://www.amazon.com/SHURflo-4008-.../dp/B002XM5G70

There was a noticeable difference in pressure and it is quieter, too.

[QUOTE=Charles Firth;1325795]I always check the campground water pressure. I have not found one over 50lbs yet.

How do you check the campground water pressure?

.
My Oxygenics makes the water come out too fast and slams me against the shower stall when I push the button.

No, you are not wrong and usually the potable tank is empty anyway when I'm hooked to city water

Get a 10.00 rain bird water pressure gage. screw it on the spigot and read the CG water pressure. I then set my regulator to the max pressure but never over set it past 50 lbs. Reason is that if it's on the well the pressure could fluctuate to 65 lbs, depending on the CG and people using it.

I check the pressure at the hydrant next to the camper that I will be using for my water supply. Depending upon the pressure ( over 50psi) will dictate if I use the pressure reducer of not. I have one just in case but it really does not get much use. Don't know if I am doing it right, but seems to work for me so far.
