Improve Shower Water Pressure Tips?

Currently I'm tapped into the campgrounds water supply, open to 100%.

I'm set up with my 45psi pressure regulator, carbon filter, 25' of hose going into "city water connection" and just don't seem to get that "oomph" from the supply.

There is acceptable pressure for the kitchen sink, but the shower seems to lack any force. OASN, the head squeals when in operation. It does the job, but it could be better.

I've also tried it without the aforementioned inline attachments.

Same results at 2 different campgrounds.

Any idea what it could be?

TIA

your low water pressure

in the past it was my water pressure regulator---it did not allow enough water flow rate for the shower head.
I also changed to the oxygenetic head and it did help.
Consider review of pressure regulator flowrate capability and upgrade.

We have the Oxygenics showerhead as well but we've stayed in a few campgrounds that just don't have very good system pressure. In fact, the new 12V pump I put in seems to have better pressure. One day I'll upgrade to an adjustable pressure regulator to see if that helps.

First off, we upgraded to the Oxygenics shower head. We also keep some water in my fresh water tank. When the site has extra low water pressure, I turn on the water pump and use both the water pump and the city water. The shower is then wonderful!
