install compact fridge?

The small fridge in our 2013 8288WS ultra lite is driving us nuts when we are living in the 5th wheel for long periods...e.g. during our 5 month snowbird escape. Thinking about placing a small compact fridge under the rear desk counter. There is an adequate opening where a chair slides in under the counter next to the fireplace. Also an electric receptacle in there as well but I don't know what else is on that particular circuit. Wondering if anyone else has tried doing this?
