How we enjoy our Rockwood!!!!! Stayed at KOA in Watkins Glen last weekend for wine festival and walk thru Watkins Glen Gorge. Both were amazing.
Off to Lechworth 100 loop for 5 nights afterwards. A must see. More scenic than Niagara Falls in our opinion. Trailer performed flawlessly.
The rain every day did not hinder our week away. Sure nice to have a hard sided trailer.

We tent camped for years at Watkins Glen State Park. Now our kids do the same. Also have done Letchworth. Have you gone over to Taughannock State Park or Treman or Buttermilk? So many great gorges, swimming and trails throughout that area.
Not yet perhaps next year. I heard one of them has swimming under the falls.
Letchworth was deserted during the week, pool was either closed or uninhabited, nice to have whole place to share with so few people.

If you like the large private tree sites 100 loop sites are 127,129,131,133, 135 137, 139 are all excellent. 117 is more open beautiful site overlooking gorge along with 115,119, 121
Also 221 237, 239 in 200 loop
