Keeping DR table pull out extension closed during travel

I have a stand alone DR table and chairs in my 3008W and the table has a pull out extension. I con't find a way on the table to lock it closed so it won't slide out while traveling. Is there something there that I' missing?

If there is no way to lock it closed, what do you foks that have one of these use to keep it closed during travel? I bought one of those foam paint brushes to stick between the extension and the bottom of the table to try and keep it closed but it only works about 1/2 the time.

My next thought is to get a piece of one wrap hook and loop fastener (Velcro) long enough to wrap around the table to keep it from sliding out but I'm open to other ideas.

My Rockwood has a plastick strap with a snap that keeps it closed. You may have too look closly underneath. I sometimes have to search for it by feel from above.

We use a 4" piece of gaffers tape and have reused it for 3 years. The extension stays put.

Look closely for a strap with a snap on it. We have one on our Flagstaff table.

Strap for slide

The strap should be located towards the right back corner. I relocated mine
towards front in the center, makes it easy to reach and connect.

Thanks everyone, I found it. It's so obvious I don't know how I missed it before .

Next thing I'm going to do is change how the DR chairs get secured for travel. Laying on the floor and wrapping the strap around the legs of the the chairs and the pedestal of the table isn't working for me. I read in another post that someone had D hooks in the floor with straps to secure the chairs but my DR table and chairs is on a slide out and I don't think I'd be able to put long enough screws in the floor to hold the hooks.

We just put a cushion between the chairs at the top and bungee cord two together. They don't move and don't mess with the straps around the legs and the pedestal.

BE CAREFUL IF TABLE IS ON A SLIDE>>>>>>>SCREWS TOO LONG WILL SCRATCH THE FLOOR WHEN SLIDE IS ACTIVATED!!!!!! I had to put a "little" longer screw to hold our table in place CC 29RE.....J

I stopped strapping mine last year.
They don't move at all , and have almost 36' of trailer.
We travel 1 to 2 hrs to get to campsite every weekend.
Give it a try, you'll be surprised!!

Either a towel or small pillow from the couch and the ball/bungee cord on the top. We only travel with 2 chairs. Leave the other 2 at home.
