LCI Frame Welds

I noticed on an earlier post questionable frame weld quality. Well I looked under my 2017 Rockwood Signature 8328BS and noticed no less than 12 of these within the first 5 of my trailer;[ATTACH]209649

Just seeing a crappy weld doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem. Whether or not it's a problem depends on if there is any load bearing stress in that part of the frame.

Sometimes was just placed where it is "because".

How many times have you seen two pieces of U-Channel joined together with inch long welds spaced a foot apart.

Do you see any cracks forming around these welds? Frame is probably 3 or more years old now so you'd think cracking would show up by now if there was any real stress in that area.

No argument, the weld looks crappy but looks often mean nothing.
