My nights camped are in my signature. This past year it was 46.

Great info on the Bluestreak usage. I'll be happy if I can get out more than 20 times a year but if I could I'd be out much much more than that. Although I retired a little over 2 years ago I am still to young to fully retire and need to work a few days a week. I'm guessing another 10 years and I can travel at will and not worry about how much blue I will be using. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji1303]

I do not remember how much we paid or how much it is.. But I am happy, no more dropping pouches or pouring liquid. Or even needing to remember to do so. Worth every penny. Old coot has his own recipe he uses, Pinesol and water maybe. Hopefully he chimes in. I like the smell it seems to leave in the bathroom as well.

It is a little pricey but I have forgotten to dump chemical in once in awhile. It was never an issue but I figured to give the Bluestreak a shot. Hey even if I ran out of blue I can just use the system with any chemical I suppose. What the heck, just another gadget. Lol

I agree with Doc...pricey is in the eye of the beholder

When we had our 5er, we tried using the Pinesol/dawn/calgon mix in the BlueStreak - maybe we got the mix wrong, but it clogged up the venture and we had to replace it.

In the coach, we use the Blue Streak chemical and dilute @ 60/40 with water - I tried the 50/50 dilute and thought that was a bit too much water.

We use lots of water when we flush, and one full bottle last us for a shade over one month.

I just ordered the system over the phone and spoke to them about doing a 50/50 with water. He said with the Dometic toilet they are made to use more water with a flush which means you will use a little more chemical then needed. He said you can do a 50/50 ratio or 60 Blue 40 water ratio. I don't get out but maybe 20-30 days a season and he said I might go through a quart if that. I purchased the kit that comes with 4 bottles of Bluestreak for $94 with no tax or shipping fee. With all the beer and soda bottles I need to return I can cut that price in half. [emoji23][emoji23]🤣🤣

Used Happy Camper in our Class C Sunseeker. Worked well, no odors and performed well... We purchased Puma Palomino Travel Trailer...Most likely will continue with Happy Camper....but I like reading about what other people are using.

When you're married to someone who is a penny pincher like mine, it matters a lot. Especially after I dropped about $500 bucks on a camera system for it. Then she'll ask "What do you want most? Good smellin' bathroom or a observation camera? I can buy a lot of Dawn for $100 smackers" You get the drill.....

As PSU stated, I may have to eat a lot of peppermint!!

We've used the Geo Method for 4-5 years and it's worked well, but we can't get Calgon in Canada anymore, at least no where around here. I use RV Digest-It once a year to do a through tank cleaning, so I may switch to the Blue Streak and RV Digest-It method when I run out of Calgon powder. I can buy both up here.

Well here is my theory on things. Some may not have a problem with spending $100 on a good meal with a loved one that will stay in your stomach for less then 24 hours and ends up in the black tank. My $95 dollar purchase should last the life of the fiver. To each is own as they say. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
