Low Water Drains

Just bought a Windjammer 2819VS. On the LH side is a decal for low water drains. All I see are the gray/black water valves.
Posted this in the plumbing section and was told to also post it here.
What am I not seeing. On my old trailer they were right there where you could see them. One of the replies was to crawl under about mid way and look for them. Is that where they are on the Windjammers?

They are under the curved skirting that runs along the lower edge of the trailer right at the spot where the decal says they are. You must lie on your back and schooch under the trailer to see them.
For this reason, I added two valves to the hose ends. Now I can reach under and operate them without needing to get under the trailer.
