Low water flow in bathroom

Our trailer, 8281SS, has two bathrooms. The rear bathroom has plenty of water flow however the front bathroom tap doesn't. The water just trickles out and there doesn't seem to be any hot water. The shower is fine though?!?! Anyone have anything similar?

Had a similar issue. I ended up removing the faucet and pulled it apart. Found that there was some pvc shreads and foam pieces in the valves. Cleaned them out put it all back together and got good flow and pressure.

I had the same issue and found foam in the screen. I took the opportunity to replace the tap with one from HomeDepot. Flow is much better. Planning on replacing the kitchen tap soon.

A friend of mine just fixed same issue, he pulled the tip off the spigot and found foam pellets in there clogging it.

same here, but in the kitchen, there was calking in the head!!

Had the same problen with my 2012 2608SS, found Styrofoam "snowflakes" in the kitchen Faucet, first in the hot water valve. Got them out of there reassembled, worked fine for a second or two then clogged up both hot and cold, found more snowflakes in the aerator. Cleaned that out and it has been woking fine since.

My brother in law had the same problem with the bathroom faucet in their 2011 2608SS on Memorial day, first time out. He cleaned out the valve but couldn't get them out of the aerator. He dropped it off at the dealer on the way home, haven't heard anymore.

You would think FR would take more care, keeping the snow flakes out off the water lines during manufacturing, obviously not.

I did as everyone has suggested and pulled the faucet apart. Low and behold there was a piece of red fiber stuck in the aerator. Flows well now.

I was also chasing down a water leak as my pump kept coming on and sometimes wouldn't stop. Well I found the culpret. There was a 1/4" cut in the antifreeze line before the pump so it was sucking air. It looked as though the installer began cutting the hose then realized it needed to be longer as the cut was only 1 1/2" above the fitting.

I installed hundreds of kitchens and learned early on to flush out the line before you run water thru the areators. My guess is FR does NOT do so. Maybe, they don't add any water before they ship their products.

While it is a good fix to clean out the areators after the fact, it is better if you take them off before running water. That goes for shower heads, too. Take them off and clear the lines so the little holes don't clog.

I had the styrofoam balls too, pesky little boogers. Took it apart, flushed the lines and it works great. Then I did the kitchen....didn't think about the shower heads, guess that's next on my to do list before our next outing

On my last TT (2004 model) it seemed about every other year, I had to remove the aerators and remove plastic bits and junk out of them when the flow slowed down.

Don't know where it kept coming from, as there was never anything in the water filter, which I remove at the end of every trip.

I agree, there is sawdust and foam in every inch of these trailers!!!
