In reference to Chevy02 question. I sent Preston Rogan(salesman @ RVW) and e-mail asking that same question. Just heard back today. We are to send the insatallation bill back to Forest River for re-payment of install. Were are free to keep the black microwave and do with it as we please. (give it to charity if we would like, was suggested by Forest River if we didnt need it !). - Dave K.

The brochure for our Wolf Pup 17B clearly shows two exterior-access storage hatches - one of them all the way through under the queen bed in the front and one of them under the dinette bench trailer right. The salesman scratched his head and said that even though that was the brochure for the right year, he'd never actually seen a Wolf Pup come with exterior-access storage. There were a couple other trailers on the lot and none of them had that feature, and I've since looked at many web images of actual trailers for sale (not just brochures) and none of them had it.

It's such a good idea for access to otherwise-useless space, we'll be putting it in ourselves, although, as both the salesman and the service dept warned us, not until our warranty is up.

Edit to add: the first dealers we went to did not have the trailer in stock and we were considering ordering one - if I'd ordered off the brochure, and the trailer came without the pictured amenities, which are difficult to add, I'd be REALLY steamed.

As there's many potential suppliers, I'd suspect that it's a bidding process...perhaps a one year contact to supply with a minimum and a maximum quantity. Forest River would send out to suppliers a request to quote to supply microwaves meeting their provided specifications and quantities.
