Mattress topper for queen or a short queen

Looking for a mattress topper for our MB. What brands have you used and what size a normal queen or a short queen.

We bought a mattress topper at Walmart and used an electric knife to shorten it to fit our mattress.

We bought a king size, 4" high density mattress topper for our short queen at overstock.com. They are very easy to cut to size with scissors or knives. We made throw pillows out of the leftover foam. I think the 4" high density topper may have been a little overkill, and would probably not get that heavy of a topper again; however, it is very comfy.

Regardless of regular or short queen, most toppers are just 'regular' sized. If you have a short queen, just cut the topper with an electric knife (for the easiest/smoothest cut). The bigger decision is the depth you might want to get. I've seen everything from 1/2" to 5". We got a 2" - it works well for us. I used the leftovers that were cut off to make a cushion to use on the picnic table.

We bought a queen size egg carton foam mattress pad from Walmart mail order, and then covered with a thick Pinzon mattress cover from Amazon. Love it!

RV mattress sizes seem to be all over the place. Ours is supposed to be queen, but it doesn't match any queen sheets we've ever seen. We have custom made sheets and mattress pad and bought a piece of high density foam cut to size which we placed under the mattress pad. Nice and comfy.

We bought one I hated it so I thew it and the junk mattress away extended the plywood under it and bought a real mattress. Only problem is my wife needs a ladder to get in bed now but I never hear her because I'm sleeping like a baby now!

Queen short mattress topper

We bought a LUCID brand 2" RV Queen short topper from Amazon. Fits perfectly. I also bought Queen short deep pocket sheets. Amazon has been great for our TT accessories.

not a mattress topper, but we have a thick heated mattress pad. On those chilly nights, we just turn it on an hour before bedtime and then snuggle in. Wonderful!

Measure your existing mattress length x width, then go shopping. Guaranteed to fit.

I have a Coachmen Prism 24G with a rear slide out. The mattress rides up over itself when the slide is in.
Has anybody tried to use a mattress topper in this situation?

Try the manufacturer. Perhaps they have a tip or two.
