very nice trailer Sherdep.I noticed that you have a big grab bar to assist your entry. Was it there when you bought it. It is the first time that I see it on a minilite. I know that it come standard with the r pod trailer.

I second capucine, very nice. What is the problem with the trailer/hitch? I see you had to invert the hitch mount but the trailer looks level and seems like adding a lift kit to the TT axles is not the best way to go. I have the 14'' wheel option and the TT rides beautifully.

These Mini Lites are sweet

Thanks for the compliments
The grab handle was installed by the dealer - I had it added on along with two Max Air II's - being a single dad and pretty busy it was easier to just have the dealer install and besides I know it was done right and if I have any issues they cant say I installed it wrong either.
My 4 year old has been using the grab handle to get in and out - she wouldnt be able to reach the regular handle.

I have 7" inches of drop - the trailer isnt level it is actually up about 1/4" or so high and that's even with a full 36 gallons of fresh water - there is barely any pressure on the spring bars so I need to go to the next length drop which is 8 3/4" and then put more pressure on the spring bars to lift / level the camper and have more force to keep the trailer from swaying. At 65 the trailer sways and I can feel it and dont like that feeling of "waddling back and forth"

This is the problem that you get when the weight on the tonge is too light. I have experienced this issue many times with some of my older trailers that were to light on the tonge. Even with an anti sway bar it was barely okay specially when the 18 wheelers were passing me on the highways.

I ordered the next size drop shank so I can lower the front down some and put more pressure on the bars to reduce some of the sway - I know the bars dont have enough pressure and the front of the trailer is high due to the drop shank I presently have isnt enough - will be fixed very soon

Glad you are asking questions - have to learn somewhere and what a better place then with people that know and wont give you are hard time about it
35" tires are on the truck (305-70-18) not the trailer
Look at the side wall of your tow vehicles tire and see what the size says if it 20" rims (275-60-20 - 33 inch tire) you will most likely have 3.92 gears and not the 3.55 gears - if you have the 17" rims (not sure what the stock size is) then probably have the 3.55 (If it's a Dodge)

13" tires come standard on the trailer unless you upgraded to the 14" wheel (205-70-14) with double step option

I just got back from my First "real" trip with my TT
I have a few things to work out but overall was a very pleasant experiance

If any of you 2306 owners would check this out and let me know if yours does this as well or some dufus miswired it - when I am connected to shore power and the turn the light on the top bunk the fan in the power center turns on and off when you flick the light on and off - it doesnt do it on battery power.

I am going to put a diffrent shower head and shower curtain rod also - the head leaks even when the button to stop water is pushed and while taking a shower the curtain grabs you so gonna put one of the half rounded rods on to push the curtain away from you when in the shower.

We have the 2502s, towing with an 04 Tacoma. E2 anti sway bars and weight distro set up. No sway, no problems. Run around 65 mph or so since we only have a V6. We love it!
