If it is tightening a lug nut on an axle, it should be close, i.e. 105lb/ft to 110lb/ft and the wheel material has nothing to do with it.

Wheel studs and carrier studs are 2 completely different animals.

Axle studs don't care what material a wheel is made of to get 75% proof load.
