Dbigbee,
Been on a 2 month trip the longest stay will be 38 days set up the Y before putting out kitchen slide! Have left open the two gray tanks, open the black tank weekly and flush and refill with Happy Camper no problems, no smell! Only issue the black tank sensors! The Gray tank 2 and black tank easy to reach with bedroom slide out! For short stays just hook up the back two! Use paper plates!

We're halfway through a weeklong camping trip and today is the first day we've had any rain. No real issues with the 2608 other than a weak gas strut on one side of the awning. However, I have noticed that the awning roller appears to be bowed somewhat. It extends and retracts well though. Anyone else notice this with theirs?

Could it be the auto dump feature of the awning and not actually a weak strut?

I thought that initially but the one side is noticeably easier to pull down by
about half. First noticed this the other day before it started raining.

I hook the back tanks up if we stay for just the weekend and hook both with a 'Y' connector if we stay longer. On departure with just the rear h/u I will disconnect the hose, back the TT up and hook to the galley and drain...simple.

Great trailer. Been on a few trips. Will probably replace the 300 series toilet with a 310 model. My first world problems are (1) Where do you install the paper towel holder and (2) Where did you install the TP holder. Can't believe these are our biggest problems. Our last trailer was a Rockwood (2009 8317SS) What a difference in quality control since we purchased it. The 2020 is much better quality.

I use portable paper towel holder and portable TP holder instead of attaching to walls. We just replaced our plastic 300 Dometic, which squeaked to high heaven, with the 310 ceramic and self closing seat. 2 thumbs up. Now we can use bathroom w/o letting the neighborhood know. I would recommend the 310.

10-4 on RookieRV’s system. We went to Bed Bath & Beyond and bought a free standing TP holder/dispenser and place it in-between the shower and the wall on the living room side. Ditto on the paper towel holder, a free standing unit that sits on the counter when in use and rides in the trash bin under the sink when in transit. The TP holder just rides on the bed under a pillow to keep it from moving.

We also upgraded to a 310, money well spent.

Like you, no problems to speak of after five trips totaling 1500 miles or so.

That’s it Aldi toilet paper storage and holder and Walmart paper towel holder both free standing! No problem with either! The 310 fit ok was looking at the 320! 6’5 330, so the longer bowl fits better but unsure of the fit to replace the 300!

For the 2608BS the 310 goes back to the wall snug...The 320 would have been too big and the wall wouldn't allow it.
