First trip is in the history books. I can say other than the radio no issues at with the RV! Quality is very nice. We are looking for more ways to setup camping around my work schedule. I may leave from the campground and let the kids and wife play :-).

Sounds great. That's what I do as far as work. I'll leave for work from the CG and come back just in time for dinner! I'm glad everything went well for you guys!

BiigDaddy, Colem,

Hey this may be a dumb question but we are moving up from a 30amp TT to a 50amp service. At the park we were on 50amp and everything worked fine. We have 30 amp wired up at home so I used a dog bone and plugged up. I checked everything out and everything seemed to work. I had thought a 50amp TT on a 30amp service some things wouldnt work. I had heard only 1 ac would work. However both AC blowers ran fine along with everything else in the RV. I didnt power the compressors on as it was 50 degrees out. Im also Not sure about water heater I didnt test that on 30amp. Im curious what you guys have seen since you have the same model.

Thanks
Daniel

Firedaniel I currently only have a 30 service but what I have been told the other "leg" of the 50amp is used for the second ac. Biigdaddy is that true?

Your 30A dogbone is going to power all circuits. The catch is that you won't be able to run everything at once. You can run both blowers on both AC's, but once your water heater, or one of the compressors kick in, or outside fridge turns on, etc, you'll trip a breaker. I only have 30A at home also, I turn the outside fridge and most everything else off and I can run one AC, the TV, and some moodlighting for DW and myself to have our own "Personal Vacation" from all the kids in the house!
