New travel trailer 2608bs 2019

Brought our new travel trailer home July 6 pulled into the driveway five minutes before it started pouring.
Love the layout of this unit, will miss the big front pass through storage we had in our Winnebago mini plus (our grill will now travel in the truck bed). Spending the next two days double checking all the systems out to make sure they are working after the trip home. Heading out camping this weekend, DH who is 6'4" loves the space in the bedroom. Went with the table and chairs, had the dealer install a maxi fan and vent cover in the bedroom, upgraded to ceramic toilet.
Definitely will be looking at a different storage solution for the hitch as already don't like lifting it up into front storage bay.

Observation camera

Calling the dealer tomorrow because there is no power to our observation camera. The dealer moved the camera from our old trailer to this one, didn't try to pair it to the monitor before leaving the dealership (trying to get home ahead of a nasty storm). The camera and monitor worked fine when we drove the trade in to the dealership. It also works fine when we check in the truck (furrion observation camera). Hopefully they will have a suggestion as to what to check because we leave on a trip this weekend. We are wondering if something happened when they installed the maxi fan in the bedroom.
Like the stability with the stairs in this trailer, realized we have to be careful when checking for level with our four foot level that we put the stairs back up before moving the trailer forward or backward onto the lynx leveling blocks.

The camera has to have the trailer running lights on to get power.
We love our 2608BSD

We had the trailer running lights on, had truck headlights on, took the camera out and checked it on the pig tail for the monitor and it worked fine. When we called the dealership found out the person who installed the bedroom maxi fan is a new "kid" just learning how to work on trailers. When we get back from our planned trip taking the trailer in for them to check what the problem is. The in line fuse by the battery appears to be ok. Thanks for your response appreciate all ideas.

We brought ours home yesterday but only had time to get it into the shop and open it up. First shakedown trip is scheduled for weekend after next.
