Well I just found the problem. Turns out none of my plugs work. The only plug with gfci reset will not reset! Probably should have tested this first. Lol. Just figured my brand new 20 something thousand dollar trailer would work.

Check whatever you have your R/V plugged in to.

GFCIs will not reset without power to them.

Since NONE of your outlets work, you need to check shore power.

Does the outlet your R/V is plugged into have power? Many garage outlets are GFCI and they do not play nice with the GFCI in the R/V and will trip.

Check your shore power cord and where it plugs in on the side of the R/V.

Check to see if you have power at the power distribution box in your R/V. Is the breaker tripped?

You need a meter and do some basic power checks. Let us know what you find.

There may be absolutely nothing wrong with your twenty some thousand dollar trailer!

Is there something I'm overlooking as to why none of them would work. All the fuses and breakers are good.

Yea. The lights and everything else works in the camper. Just the plugs from what I can tell.

Have you checked the outlet in your garage that the RV is plugged into? It may have tripped the breaker in your houses panel...or if it's a GFCI outlet, it may be tripped.

You need to start there and work towards the RV.

What do you mean by distribution panel?

Where your 120v breakers are in your trailer. Just like the power distribution box (breaker box) in your home.

We posted at the same time. I deleted because you answered my input.

Remove the cover from the box that has your circuit breakers and look to see if the black wire has come off the circuit breaker labeled water heater.

Everything appears to be working now! I have no idea why but apparently its like a computer from the 90's, unplug it and plug it back in if it doesnt work! Thank you everyone for all the help! I really appreciate it.

Sounds like the main had tripped.

When they trip on overload, they don't actually move very far. You can look at all the breakers and they will appear "good" even though one may be tripped (NOT OFF).

Tuning them OFF and then ON is the only way to be sure you have a solid reset.

Had a similar problem with a new puma tt . Just the opposite actually it wouldn’t work on gas. Turn out to be a control board that was fixed under warranty . I would think that the control board could affect the 120 operation as well as the gas either way it’s warranty work if you keep messing with it they will find a way to blame it on you and deny the claim. My advice use it on gas till you can get it back to the dealer.

The propane and electric heating element operate independent of one another. The module board ONLY goes to the propane side. It absolutely has no effect or control to the 120 volt AC electric heating element.

BTW, the OP of this thread already has solved the issue. His circuit breaker was tripped, as has been explained previously.
