Nissan Titan as tow vehicle

We are looking at a Rockwood 2603 TT, hitch wt. 596#'s, UVW 4986#'s and GVWR 6596#'s. I have a 2009 Titan with the tow package, rated at 9400 #'s towing capacity. Has anyone had any experience with this kind of combination, and what should I expect? Do I need to add any aftermarket extras (Coolers, etc.)? Will I have enough get-up and go to climb mountains in Colorado?

I used my 2004 Titan LE 4x4 Tow package to tow a 7,000 lb trailer without any issues. The Titan is a great tow vehicle, just be mindful of the trucks max payload.
The factory tow package should have the tranny cooler /tranny temp gauge on it.
