Found it, you can get to it without having to take the drawers out or any panels off. you can access it from the bottom storage space below the to drawers in the kitchen counter.

Thanks guys. well at least when I put the water to it this weekend if the hot water tank doesn't fill with water I don't know that the valves need to be switched over

I always pump it(non tox antifreeze) through the system using the demand pump. Then hit the traps. Never know where a low spot will be that the air can't blow out completely.
