No bypass on hot water tank

Does anybody know how to winterize a Windjammer 3008 when there is no bypass that I can see on the hot water tank? I found the bypass for the antifreeze hook up under the bathroom sink. Do I have to install the bypass on the hot water tank?

If you have a bypass it should be on the back side of the water heater. You may have to take off a panel to get to it.

Friends have a Windjammer 3008. There is a panel on the lower right in the entertainment center that he took off to gain access to bypass.

Years ago, we just drained all the lines and the water heater, blew the lines and poured anti freeze in the traps and let it go. Never had frozen pipes either.

Do you know where it is located? I have looked at the back of the tank and don't see the bypass.

I own a 3008W and mine bypass valve was easy to access by simply removing the two drawers in the end of the kitchen peninsula.
