No power at all

I have a 2009 Rockwood 5th wheel and it has no power at all. Batteries are good, fuses are good, breakers are good. Its plugged in as well but no power. Is there something I'm missing?

None at all is very unusual.
Do the slides work?
Do the front landing gear work?
Do you have a battery disconnect switch on the battery?
Do you hear a fan from the converter on shore power?

NO power to what?
No power to the AC lights and Appliances?
NO power to any DC Battery lights, awning, outside lights?

The common denominator here is the power panel/ convertor panel and not to have either AC or DC power means two problems.

1. The shore power is not reaching the power panel and circuit breakers.
You will need to verify with a volt meter and check the 30 amp circuit breaker to verifiy the power to the panel from shore power.
Now make sure you turn off the circuit breaker then turn it back on as it may be tripped in the mid position.


2. The battery power is not reaching the power panel to distribute thru the glass fuses. How do you know the battery is good? Did you check with a volt meter? What reading did you get?

A little more detail in what you have found would be very helpful.

I would start back further and make sure the power cord from the house has power. I like the cords with the light at the end - let's you know it actually has power (and helps you find it in the dark).

check to see if your trailer has a master disconnect. parents have one in their prowler and they didnt know at first. thought it was just a switch between 12/120

There was no power comming from the house woops. Thought the batteries were good but they were dead

I love when it turns out to be something easy!
Like I said I like the extension cords that have a little light glowing at the end. I learned the lesson when the block heater on my car wasn't actually plugged in and the temps were in the mid 30's. Below freezing that is. When I look outside and see the little orange glow it's reassuring.
