Thanks for that link Twisty! Although we winterized our rig today, I just ordered one so I am ready for next year. Not sure how the same device works for a 5" or 10" system but for $20 and some change I'll give it a shot.
You're welcome.
The 5 or 10 inch dimension is for the height of the filter. The top OD is a common dimension.
Sears has tons of stuff - still.

I can take a picture of the work I did if it would help.
I did the same thing. After laying on my back and slidding into the front storage to remove the filter i said this is the last time. The gator fittings work great.

We removed ours 1 week after buying the 5th wheel; we now use a Waterwise distiller for drinking/cooking; an outside sediment filter, and a undercounter filter in the lav. Much happier!

I have been reading about all the issues with the water filters on here. Why not just get rid of the under sink model and use one of these PUR on faucet filters.

I simply bought a $3.00 gas siphon at Walmarts and drop the filter, insert the hose, squeeze the bulb once and drain the water. I leave it in the compartment for next time.
