Pull the pass-thru wall plug, put a splitter in, run a coax down through floor, tie wrap to propane line, and pull the outside 120 receptacle, add a coax (male to male) connector to wall plug face plate....when you get to 120 receptacle, go back up thru floor and make your connection.....can buy PAW wedge style mounts on amazon..

This is what I use for my 48" TV. I can put the TV wherever I want, whenever I want.

But a cheap adjustable mount at Wally world....No wall is solid, but if you hand drive #12 screws in, you'll be fine....
