Outside speakers

Model 8325ss 2016 new in Jan
When using out side speakers the volume has to be set on high to hear. However if we use the inside speakers at the same time the speakers inside are too loud we can't w use the two sets together. The dealer said this is normal?

Setting front to rear or balance might change this. Must be adjusted back or you might get blasted inside. Not a perfect setup.

Hold in the #3 button controlling the outdoor speakers on the radio for 3 seconds , then adjust the outside volume. When complete system defaults to control 1 and 2 inside volume.
